FTM Holiday Gift Guide

To help out and give you some ideas for the transmasculine, masculine or center, brother-type sibling, or any other kind of dude in your life, I put together a nifty little Gift Guide

The holidays can be stressful for everybody, especially if you don’t know what kind of gift to get for your loved ones. To help out and give you some ideas for the transmasculine, masculine or center, brother-type sibling, or any other kind of dude in your life, I put together a nifty little Gift Guide for FTM guys brought to you by my youtube channel (Seethestarsablaze) and Vlogmas.

You can check out my video on the gift guide here:

Or you can check out this handy dandy graphic:

Every item in this guide was chosen consciously with a FTM recipient in mind — either from gifts I’ve received personally in the past or gifts I would love to receive. I tried to keep a variety of types of people in mind, whether they be readers, athletes, fashion-lovers, adventurers, or all of the above. Additionally, I’ve also chosen to pick a majority of gifts that are from small, queer, and trans-owned businesses or people, or gifts from companies that are socially conscious and give back. Giving back by supporting small businesses during the holiday season is one of the best ways to support entrepreneurs and minorities rather than corporations, and it can result in more one-of-a-kind gifts for your loved ones — plus you can feel really good about where you bought your gift! Links to each of the items in the graphic are listed below:

  1. Finding Masculinity
  2. FLAVNT Bareskin Binder
  3. LUSH Products
  4. FTM Magazine Subscription
  5. Journal
  6. Dollar Shave Club Subscription
  7. FLAVNT Work Hard, FVCK Harder Sweatshirt
  8. Personalized Needle Storage Box
  9. Let Live Apparel Don’t be a Prick Hoodie
  10. Awarewolf Don’t Hate on My Happiness T-shirt
  11. Personalized Namesake item
  12. Planet Fitness Membership
  13. BANGS Shoes

Obviously this list isn’t the end-all-be-all of gift guides, nor is it inclusive of the wide world of trans-owned/amazing small businesses, but it is a great starting point and there are some great gifts to be gotten from it. Thanks for checking it out and I hope you support some rad small businesses this holiday season!
